Ideally placed for weekends & short holidays

Munden House has been developed over many years from a group of stone cottages whose history dates back over three centuries.

The setting, two miles to the south east of Sherborne, with sweeping views of open farmland of the Blackmore Vale. Framed in the distance by a long line of hills that curve along the horizon from Cerne Abbas to Sturminster Newton.

Munden House has been built for comfort. In the breakfast room limestone walls, exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace reveals the history of the building, while the table-settings reflect classical elegance.

Munden House is ideally placed for weekends, short holidays and it is a natural overnight stop on journeys to or from the west country. Its position near to Sherborne, Yeovil and Blandford Forum also makes it an ideal stopping place for people on business in the area, visiting schools or working with the army or the navy.
